This week I talk about dealing with race outcomes. I share this episode from the perspective of being a college runner—dealing with good races, bad races, and all the in-betweens, but honestly this can be applied to any situation.
We all have passions, we all work hard towards goals we want to achieve. But how do we deal with the fact that the outcome might not go how we planned? How do we deal with the crash after the initial high? How do we come back from a really low-low?
