Thank you for the 5 tips! I like the water first thing, cooking at home and journaling. I am personally going to write 1: graditude 2: what I tried, but ….( instead of failure- if you tried you didn’t fail 😄you just didn’t meat the goal or expectation) and prayer/meditation
