Healthier M&M Cookies
These healthier, chewy “m&m”-type cookies are not only delicious, but they are gluten-free and dairy-free! This is a recipe that uses clean ingredients like almond flour and coconut sugar to make up the batter, but definitely doesn’t skimp out on flavor or sweetness!

- 1½ cup Blanched Almond Flour
- ½ Cup Gluten-Free Flour Blend
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
- ¼ cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ⅔ Cup Alternative M&M's I use "unreal snacks" dark chocolate gems with puffed quinoa, can use any other brand that doesn't use dyes as well! (not sponsored)
Preheat the oven to 365°F
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the egg, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, honey and vanilla
Once mixture is thoroughly mixed, sift in blanched almond flour and gluten-free flour blend
Add in baking powder and sea salt to the mixture
Fold in the "m&m" alternative of your choosing
Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 mins or until golden brown
